Terms of Service [1.0]
Hello, and thank you for considering my artwork! Please take a moment to read this over, as it applies to ANY art one may receive from me; such as commissions, art trades, YCH offers and more.
-General-
The current terms as they are stated in this document applies to all forms of artwork received from myself as of the date February 21st, 2024 and any art following said date.-- By commissioning me you agree to all the terms listed below.
-- I have the right to refuse any commission at any time.
-Ordering-
Comments on related social media posts (i.e. those relating to commission work or openings) or DM’s at listed contact locations are acceptable for inquiring about commissions.During periods where commission slots are closed, I will gladly look at inquiries about the following; Pricing, Terms of service questions, questions pertaining to when slots will be open. However, if commission slots are not open, I will not accept any requests for a commissioned piece.
-Process-
1. When you reach out to inquire for a commission, please provide context for the sort of work you'd like me to create, including reference if possible for your character or setting. (If the idea is complex, expect a conversation about it!)2. If I agree on executing on your idea, I will inform you, giving you a quote for how much I would charge you.3. Once I've received verbal or written confirmation that you're willing and able to pay, I will take the information you've given me to create a rough thumbnail (A very unfinished drawing/painting that will represent your finished painting) for your approval.Should we both agree on this rough sketch, your commission will be worked on as soon as full payment for your commission comes through. (You may ask for changes to the initial thumbnail- these are not unlimited.)4. You will be sent updates periodically as progress is made on your project- a finished painting could take anywhere from three days to two months. If you'd like a painting done by a specific date before two months have passed, please specify during your inquiry- I might still accept works with deadlines, just expect an upcharge relative to the time crunch necessary.5. Commissioners will receive a draft of the final piece prior to posting for approval. If approval is not given within 3 days I will consider your commission complete and it will be subject to posting on social media.
-Payment-
After we've talked about the kind of work you'd like, I will let you know if I want to work on your project, and if so, provide you with a quote. Once you've confirmed you're willing and able to pay, I will provide a rough sketch for you to approve of, and following that, will begin your painting in earnest once payment has been made in full. You may pay for your commission via an invoice on Paypal (Please share your Paypal-linked email with me so I may create your invoice ASAP)
-Rights and Permissions-
I reserve legal and publication rights to the image commissioned. (I do not own the rights to your character, just the specific piece you commissioned me to include the character in.)You may use the image for personal, non-lucrative purposes (desktop wallpapers, profile pictures, posting on social media, etc.) and small-scale productions for personal physical goods (stickers, pins, prints, etc.) .You may publicly and privately use the work commissioned from me how you please, so long as you give me credit as the artist.-- You may not claim it as your original work.
-- You may not alter the image to remove or change my signature as the artist of the original work.
-- You may not use/post the work without giving credit to the artist.
-- You may not sell my work or use it for any other lucrative means.
-- You may not mass produce physical merchandise of my work.
-Refunds and Cancellation-
If you have not yet paid for your commission, you are free to cancel any time by sending me a cancellation notice so I may remove you from my current list of clients. If you want to cancel your commission, you will lose your rights to the current work and I will repurpose it as a future YCH or any way I want to.Apologies, but I cannot issue refunds currently.
-Subject Matter-
I am a digital artist creating paintings and illustrations featuring anthropomorphic characters within the furry community. I accept characters of any species, and am open to creating sexually explicit (and sexually suggestive) work.I make character-only paintings as well as scenes featuring characters within an environment.I enjoy making art that matters to someone- expressing sexuality, intimacy, the processing of trauma - if I can positively, meaningfully contribute to the way you express who you are, I'm very excited to work with you.
All of my work is in my own art style. I cannot deliver work demanding to perfectly copy a specific art style and will not accept commissions asking for that.I also can't accept work using characters you don't own or have permission to use.In a similar vein, do not request work with my characters unless I've explicitly offered it publicly or privately to you. Also, out of personal comfort and capability, I do not accept sexually explicit or sexually suggestive commissions featuring these topics:
- Scat
- Watersports
- Hyper-fat
- Hyper-muscle
- Inflation
- Underage characters
